Vote today for a better tomorrow!

As a board director, my #1 commitment is to Goldbelt shareholders — not politics, personalities, or alliances.
I believe Goldbelt is strongest when directors bring independent thinking, purposeful collaboration, and a focus on what is best for shareholders and our corporation’s future.
My vote in the board room will always be independent and focused on what's best for Goldbelt's shareholders!

I am deeply committed to protecting the long-term stability and success of the Corporation. This requires responsible, balanced decision-making that supports sustainable growth, preserves financial strength, and keeps Goldbelt moving forward on its current path of success.
I strongly support expanding Goldbelt’s footprint in Alaska through strategic investments and development opportunities, including the Goldbelt Aaní Cruise Port in West Douglas, continued improvements to the Goldbelt Tram, and the ongoing growth of Goldbelt’s government contracting businesses. By investing in opportunities that generate long-term value, we can strengthen the Corporation and create lasting benefits for current and future generations of shareholders.
I am dedicated to building strong governance practices that promote accountability, transparency, thoughtful decision-making, and effective board leadership. During my previous term, I was proud to work with fellow independent directors to adopt policies that strengthened board governance, improved meeting effectiveness, and established clear expectations for director conduct. These efforts helped create a more professional, productive, and shareholder-focused boardroom.
The Board cannot afford to return to a time when politics, personal agendas, and unnecessary conflict distracted from its core responsibility of serving shareholders. Directors must remain focused on sound governance, strategic oversight, and making decisions that advance the long-term success of Goldbelt for current and future generations. that valued individual politics,
I will never support a motion or proposal that I believe would harm Goldbelt’s long-term future. The proposal for a $30 million shareholder distribution was, in my view, a reckless, politically motivated effort designed to generate votes during an election rather than serve the Corporation’s best interests.
Goldbelt did not have the financial capacity to make a distribution of that size without jeopardizing future growth. Such a decision would have significantly limited our ability to invest, pursue opportunities, and strengthen the Corporation for future generations. In my opinion, it would have been fiscally irresponsible and could have set Goldbelt back for years, if not decades.
Being a good fiduciary means making decisions based on what is best for the long-term success of the Corporation. Directors have a responsibility to look beyond election-year politics and focus on protecting and growing shareholder value for both current and future generations.
This accusation is both unfounded and politically motivated. I stand behind every vote I have cast as a director and am happy to discuss my voting record with any shareholder.
Goldbelt is a corporation, not a political government body. Board decisions are made through majority vote, and the actions of the Board reflect the will of the majority. When appropriate, votes are recorded in the minutes through roll call votes, which is available and consistent with the Board's established governance practices.
I believe that strong boards are built by directors who think for themselves. During my service on the Board, I have seen instances where a small group of directors appeared more focused on following a particular individual rather than exercising their own independent judgment. Shareholders deserve better.
Every director has a fiduciary duty to evaluate issues on their merits and act in the best interests of all shareholders. Independent thinking promotes accountability, strengthens governance, and leads to better decisions.
I believe directors should ask tough questions, consider all perspectives, and vote based on their own judgment—not personal loyalties or political alliances. That is how I have served, and it is how I will continue to serve.
